110-300-0166(2)(b) - Sufficient support for the phone to operate for five hours was not observed. 110-300-0166(3)(c) - The double glass door at the emergency exit was observed. The first door was unlocked and had stickers and a sound mechanism. The second sliding glass door had no stickers and no sound mechanism.
